A gently flaring rim paired with a distinctive footed base.
The petal-like detailing on the base lends a subtle, classical presence to the piece.
Perfect for yogurt, fruit, or ice cream, it also works beautifully for small side dishes or snacks.
The calm bronze tone enhances the presentation of food, adding a quiet presence and depth to the table.
For moments of indulgence as well as everyday meals,
this small piece gradually becomes a natural part of daily life with use.
About the Artist
Yukigama
Born in 1982.
Graduated from Kobe Design University.
Began studying ceramics in 2015 under Shuji Kodama.
Founded the studio “Yukigama” in 2017, and held a solo exhibition at Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store in 2021.
Although production was temporarily paused during the pandemic, work resumed in 2025.
Originally drawn to cooking, an interest in collecting tableware led to the path of ceramics.
With the belief that “food is the main subject, and tableware serves as its frame,” pieces are created to gently accompany everyday meals.
Characterized by organic reliefs of plants and animals reminiscent of European picture frames, the work enhances food and flowers while bringing a quiet sense of specialness to the table.
