A single meadow where the wind blows through.
"Kazasougen" is a form derived from "Spica," a cutlery series inspired by rice ears swaying in a meadow wind.
It features a slender, gently curved handle and hammer marks etched into the metal.
While retaining these characteristics in the bangle, we used a different hammering technique than the one used for the cutlery to sculpt a scene.
Its expression changes with every glimmer of light, creating a sweeping motion as if wind is passing over a meadow.
The primitive texture of metal meets soft curves.
We hope you can feel the subtle movements of wind and grass within the seemingly still metal.

My journey into cutlery making began when my wife, who loves cooking, collected beautiful tableware and cutlery. Wanting to create moments that would make her happy and to offer her beautiful tea times, I began making cutlery myself.
Since 2020, I have been working as a cutlery artist, developing a style based on the concept of “Spoon You Nurture,” using materials such as brass and nickel silver that enhance the enjoyment of aging over time.
Today, I see cutlery as a canvas, creating new works by distilling scenes and moments I find beautiful into simple forms.

We use materials such as brass, nickel silver, and silver, which can age. For glossy pieces, we apply a surface protective agent. For antique-finish pieces, we leave them untreated so you can enjoy the material's natural texture.
If tarnishing or rust becomes a concern, gently polish with a jewelry polishing cloth.
If moisture adheres, wipe thoroughly before storing.
Each piece is handmade, so lengths and shapes may vary. Because they are intentionally finished with an aged, used texture, please understand that minor scratches may occur as part of the design.
