This series is all one-of-a-kind, Each design is different.
Arumono - It’s just something that was there.
Until now, his works have included profound oil paintings of religious subjects and realistic watercolor self-portraits.
If it's like an abstract painting that explodes with emotion,
This is just like the colors created by the paint left on a palette.
Not immature, not sloppy, vulnerable, but not weak.
A naked state, stripped of technology.
There is no decoration or even skin, only body heat remaining.
It is something that has been there without any effort, and you will notice it before you know it.
Kashihara calls it "something," writes it as "ariru mono," or labels it as "arumono."
But what it refers to is always the same.
The pronunciation comes first, and the spelling fluctuates later.
Just as there is no moment when the waves end,
Just as the wind has not been stopped,
There is no right answer or end to the form,
Just as the stones on the roadside don't have numbers,
It's just something that's there.
These are works that are unartificial, and you suddenly realize they are there.
In order to avoid expressing too much of the artist's thoughts, the engraving is not Kashihara's usual signature, but simply the letter "H."
Each piece is also engraved with a serial number, which indicates that it is a unique piece and when it was made.

Artist introduction
Hiro Kashihara
We create minor supporting characters that make the table look cute and delicious.
I started making cutlery because my wife, who loves cooking, collects beautiful tableware and cutlery. I wanted to make my wife happy and help her have a wonderful tea time, so I started making cutlery.
Production began in earnest in 2020, and based on the concept of "cutlery that grows," the brand solidified its style using materials that age beautifully, such as brass and nickel silver.
He now sees cutlery as a canvas and creates new works that incorporate scenes and things he finds beautiful into simple designs.
The artist handcrafts each piece.
There may be differences in texture, color, shape, and size between the photograph and the piece you receive, but we hope you will enjoy each piece's unique character.
