With the theme of “gentle on the body, nourishing for the soul,” Noir Clair, a plant-based patisserie in Sendai, creates sweets made from carefully selected plant-based ingredients.
We have been fortunate to share a wonderful connection with Noir Clair, including hosting an exhibition of Hiro Kashihara’s cutlery in their gallery.
For our upcoming exhibition, they have specially prepared a selection of baked treats.
Made without eggs or dairy, each sweet celebrates the natural sweetness and aroma of its ingredients. Their delicate, comforting flavors make them perfect for anyone seeking wholesome treats, as well as snacks for children.
Our staff completely fell in love with Noir Clair’s baked goods, and we’re delighted to share them with you.
