For orders placed after January 2025, shipping fees and delivery methods will be changed as follows.
This change was made with the utmost priority given to protecting the precious artworks that our customers have received. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.
[Changes]
- The delivery company will be changed from Japan Post to Yamato Transport.
- The current nationwide shipping fee (1,200 yen including tax) will be changed to regional shipping fees. For details, please see the shipping fee list below.
- We will discontinue Yu-Packet and will send all parcels by courier service.
Small works were previously delivered via Yu-Packet, but as the works would be delivered to your mailbox if you were not at home, we will no longer deliver these works as there is a risk of them being lost, stolen, or damaged.
